Professional experience

Graham Gilreath joined BWE as a Vice President in 2024 as a part of the acquisition of First Southern Mortgage Corporation. Graham is responsible for assisting clients with structuring debt and equity financing for their commercial real estate investments across the southeast. He specializes in advising clients on their ground-up development projects for all asset classes.

Prior to BWE’s acquisition, Graham was a capital advisor at First Southern Mortgage for four years in a similar role. Over the past six years, Graham has been directly involved in the underwriting, marketing and closing of over $600 million in debt capital on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining First Southern, Graham served as the research point of contact for JLL. In this role, he was responsible for assisting internal stakeholders and external clients in using proprietary market research data to make informed real estate decisions across the state of Tennessee. Prior to joining JLL, Graham completed multiple internships with one of Nashville’s largest landlords, Boyle Investment Company, assisting both their development and brokerage teams.
