Professional experience

Gary Beck is a Senior Vice President based in BWE’s Norfolk production office. He is responsible for loan originations, new client development, and managing existing client relationships.

Gary began his real estate career working with a regional development company where his duties included site acquisition, permitting, design, construction, leasing, management, and finance. Gary transitioned to the mortgage banking industry and has been actively involved in this endeavor for over 30 years. Gary has extensive experience in providing various borrower solutions utilizing capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, life companies, CMBS, banks, and credit unions. His experience covers a wide spectrum of asset classes to including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, hospitality, and self-storage.

Gary lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia with his wife, Jeanne.
