Doug Taylor has originated more than $3 billion in senior debt and has been recognized as a top producer during his 25-plus-year career.

Doug has been working for BWE since 2015 and prior to being here, Doug worked as a Senior Vice President for Capital One Multifamily Finance (formerly Beech Street Capital) where he originated multifamily and commercial real estate debt financing. Prior to Capital One, Doug was a Senior Vice President at Walker & Dunlop and Senior Loan Officer for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, originating conventional multifamily and other commercial loans nationwide from their Southern California office.
