David is a Senior Vice President at BWE. David works in the Bethesda and Charlottesville offices and focuses on debt and equity originations as well as business and investor relations.
Prior to joining BWE, David was a principal at Phillips Realty Capital. David began his career with Phillips in 2001 after working for J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in their New York City and London offices. Over his entire career, David has originated over $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
