Prior to joining BWE, Dan was a principal at Phillips Realty Capital. At Phillips, Dan focused on transactions, business and investor relations. Dan began his career with Phillips in 1994. During his career, Dan has originated over $10 billion in commercial real estate finance transactions for all commercial property types.
