Professional experience

Dan serves as Senior Vice President and the Director of the Life Company Asset Management Team. He is based in the BWE headquarters in Cleveland, OH. He has been working in commercial real estate for the past 18 years and has been with BWE for the last 12. He has experience in Commercial Construction Lending, LIHTC Development and Construction, and currently focuses on Life Company Asset Management. He oversees the Life Company Asset Management Portfolio that is comprised of 28 team members and services for our 58 life company relationships.

Prior to joining BWE, Dan worked as an Accounting Project Manager for the NRP Group where he worked on LIHTC construction projects. Dan began is commercial real estate career at AmTrust Bank as a Senior Business Analyst working on the Development and Construction of Multifamily Developments across the Southeast and West Coast. Dan resides in North Royalton, Ohio with his wife and two daughters.

Education

Dan is a graduate of the University of Toledo and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in administrative services and a business minor. Additionally, Dan holds a Master’s Degree of Education in Sports Management from Cleveland State University.
