Craig is a Senior Transaction Manager at BWE and joined the company in 2024. In his role, he focuses on building strong relationships with borrowers and lenders, managing financing opportunities, and overseeing the closing process. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Craig has developed a strong background in asset management, leasing, project management, development, and financial services. He has managed a wide range of commercial properties, including warehouses, office buildings, multifamily properties, industrial flex space. Additionally, he has been involved in complex transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions, in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.

Prior to joining BWE, Craig worked at several well-known companies, including Walker & Dunlop, Netflix, IBM, Sterling Commerce, Colliers International, and DHL. In these roles, he managed various asset classes of commercial real estate, both nationally and in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Education
