Professional experience

Chris joined the BWE Investment Sales team in March 2026 and is based in Tampa, Florida. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of manufactured housing communities nationwide, advising investors, owners, and operators on strategic transactions across the U.S. Chris brings a deep understanding of the manufactured housing sector and works closely with clients to identify opportunities, structure deals, and execute successful investment strategies within this rapidly growing asset class.

Prior to joining BWE, Chris was the Founder and Managing Broker of Maker’s Oak Commercial Advisors, where he focused on mobile home park brokerage throughout the Southeast United States. In that role, he developed a strong network of owners, operators, and institutional investors while successfully facilitating transactions and advisory services within the manufactured housing community sector.

He currently resides in the Tampa area with his wife and their three sons, where he enjoys being active in the local community and spending time with his family.
