Chad has 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance. As a loan producer, he is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans and focuses on all property types. He began his real estate career on the loan accounting and treasury side, making him well-versed in every facet of a loan’s life. He takes pride in not only being knowledgeable about BWE’s various loan products but also, more importantly, being ethical in every regard.

Prior to joining BWE, Chad worked with Ameritas Investment Partners, the investment arm of Ameritas Life Insurance Corp.
