Professional experience

Brooks is a Senior Transaction Manager on the Columbus Team, joining BWE in 2017. Brooks is responsible for developing and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as underwriting new financing opportunities. Since joining BWE, Brooks has been involved in the underwriting and closing of more than $1 billion in debt transactions with various capital sources including government agencies, life insurance companies, banks, and conduits.
