Professional experience

As a Senior Vice President in BWE’s Nashville office, Brittney has over 15 years of commercial real estate finance experience and adds value to her clients by providing financing solutions through all market cycles. She has been with BWE since 2015 and is highly trained in underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex financing transactions across an array of real estate asset classes and markets. Brittney has structured and closed capital transactions totaling more than $1 billion. This includes primarily debt investments in multifamily, industrial, retail and, mixed-use projects with institutional investors such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, FHA, CMBS, debt funds, and commercial banks. Brittney also advises clients in acquisitions, dispositions, investment analysis, and loan modifications.

Brittney lived in her hometown of Memphis prior to moving to Nashville in 2019 to establish the BWE office. She is married to Schaefer Rowe and they have two children, Lawson, and Annie. She is actively involved in ULI Nashville and serves on their Advisory and Governance Committee and Sponsorship Committee as well as Co-Chairing ULI Nashville NEXT.
