Professional experience

Brian is Senior Vice President at BWE and joined the company in 2014. Brian is responsible for developing and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as sourcing and underwriting new financing opportunities. Over the last 7 years, Brian has structured, underwritten and closed debt transactions totaling more than $1 billion with various capital sources including life insurance companies, commercial banks, conduits and government agencies including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Brian has provided financing on behalf of customers for a wide variety of property types including multifamily, office, self-storage, industrial, retail, and parking facilities.
