Professional experience

Andy Grindley is an Assistant Vice President at BWE, responsible for originating debt and equity opportunities with a focus on affordable multifamily housing. Andy joined BWE in 2022 and has helped to structure over $500 million in affordable multifamily debt nationwide.

Andy has successfully helped originate and execute financing across multiple levels of the capital stack including first mortgages and subordinate debt. In a previous role at BWE, Andy was responsible for structuring and executing conventional multifamily loans within BWE’s agency sales team. Andy has experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Life Insurance Companies. Prior to BWE, Andy was a manager at financial consulting firm Genpact, Inc.
