Professional experience

Andrew has close to 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to joining BWE, Andrew was a Loan Producer at Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage where he was responsible for originating debt on various property types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, self-storage, mixed-use, and credit tenant leased properties. He also managed and led the valuation group which was responsible for underwriting and preparing loan packages for all commercial mortgage opportunities. During his time at Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage, Andrew was involved in the underwriting and origination of over $5 billion in commercial mortgage transactions.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage, Andrew was an investment analyst for SEI Investments.
