Professional experience

Andrew is a member of the origination team at BWE and specializes in sourcing real estate capital and arranging debt and equity financing for all commercial real estate asset classes with a primary focus on conventional multifamily properties and Manufactured Housing Communities on a national level. Andrew joined the company in 2015 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Since joining BWE, Andrew has helped facilitate over $4.7 billion worth of transactions spanning all asset classes with various capital partners including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, CMBS, and Bridge Lenders.
