Professional experience
Alex Gregoire is a Vice President in BWE’s Orange County Office. His role at BWE includes building and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as sourcing and underwriting new financial opportunities. Since 2015, he has been involved in closing over $1.7 billion worth of debt and equity with various capital sources including life insurance companies, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, HUD, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, debt funds, and private equity firms. Transactions have included development, acquisition, bridge, and permanent financings across all product types.
Alex started his mortgage banking career in Orange County at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in Newport Beach, CA
