Professional experience
Alec Jenkins joined BWE Enterprise as a Vice President in 2022 where he is responsible for structuring debt and equity financing as well as advising on acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges. Alec has structured over $3.0 billion in debt and equity transactions across all asset classes. Prior to joining BWE in 2022, Alec was a Senior Underwriter at Phillips Realty Capital for eleven years.
