Professional experience

Adam is a Senior Vice President at BWE. Adam is responsible for structuring debt and equity financing as well as advising on acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and sourcing opportunities across a wide range of real estate types for his clients.

Prior to joining BWE in 2021, Adam was a managing director at Phillips Realty Capital for six years in a similar role. Over his career, Adam has directly originated and structured more than $4.5 billion in real estate transactions located across the country working with a variety of client types and capital sources. Before his time at Phillips, Adam was employed as a Vice President at Meridian Capital Group, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate finance, investment sales, and retail leasing advisors. Prior to his time at Meridian Capital Group, Adam was one of the early hires at Meridian’s affiliate, Beech Street Capital (a start-up agency lender that was sold to Capital One Bank). Adam started his career working for Keener-Squire Properties, a prominent Washington, D.C. family office that develops, acquires, and operates apartments.
