Professional experience

Aaron Massara joined BWE as a Senior Vice President in 2026 where he specializes in providing financing solutions – predominantly institutional debt and equity – for all types of commercial real estate assets, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, self-storage and hospitality properties.

Prior to joining BWE, Aaron was a Vice President with BlueMark Capital for nearly eight years in a similar role where he structured and originated more than $3 billion in real estate transactions across the country with a variety of client types and capital sources. Before his time at BlueMark Capital, Aaron specialized in Investment Operations with MAI Capital Management’s Cleveland HQ where his primary responsibilities pertained to investment and CRM systems, workflow integration, data integrity, custodian management and acquisition integration. Aaron began his career in finance as a Senior Originator with Quicken Loans (now Rocket Companies).
